If you are unable to log in or unable to find the Boating Education Card Replacement Application link under More Online Services, you may not have been issued the official Oregon Boating Education Card. Many individuals are still carrying their temporary certificates from the Boating Safety course, assuming that to be the OR boating card. If this is the case, give the Marine Board a call at 503-378-8587 and ask for the Education Section.
Oregon Boating License or Boating Education Card... Is there a difference?
The boating education card is proof that you have successfully completed a boating safety course. The boating education card does not expire and does not need to be renewed. Therefore, it is NOT a Oregon Boating License!
